Contracts must be read, filled out, and signed before bookings are approved. Upon digital signature and submitting PWS online contract, you have agreed that you have read, understood and agree to all PWS terms and conditions stated in the contract. 

PWS will not provide tables and chairs for client locations. Client must provide their own table and chairs for their guests.  

Deposit: 

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to reserve booking date for event.

Payment:

Payment is due 24 hours before the event is held in the form of cash, cash app, or check. Make check payable to Jameisha Barnes. 

There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.

Travel: 

There will be a travel fee for all bookings outside of Lee county. The travel fee will vary depending on location. Fees start at $25.00. Any travels over 5 hours in total will access hotels and / or flight cost. Prices will be discuss further for travel cost/fees. 

Venue:

PWS will provide a venue to host your event for an additional $100 non-refundable fee. There will be a maximum of 25 guests per event for the venue. PWS will provide tables, chairs, & set-up for your event. We will also do all the clean-up after event. 

Environment:

The client is liable for damages and the artist reserves the right to discontinue services if faced with a situation that poses a threat to his/her person, supplies and/ or property and the client fail to properly remedy it to the artist's satisfaction. Adverse conditions include, but are not limited to: extreme weather, a hostile environment, violence, illegal activity in or around the vicinity of the painting, and destructive and /or abusive on the part of any person or pet attending. Client is responsible for checking the weather before any outside events. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER THESES TERMS.
